Originally from Rennes, and having worked in Dinard for over 25 years, Restaurant Didier Méril moved to this haven of peace and plenitude 18 years ago, far from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

It is with passion that Didier delivers his culinary sensations of spontaneous inspirations, his very personal and intimate cooking will make you shiver with pleasure by its accuracy.

Being very attentive to the perfect cooking, and to the delicate agreements, surrounded by his team the chef will go out of his way to satisfy you in every detail.

Didier Méril was the first master restorer of Dinard and he attaches an indefectible will to serve only products worked and realized in his kitchen, it is at this price that one masters all the chain of manufacture, it is an enormous constraint, but very rewarding.

This is how you will be able to taste his knowledge. From bread, to sorbets, fruit jellies, macaroons etc etc everything is entirely cooked on site by his team.
